We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food and treats. We do not accept returns on perishable items due to health and safety reasons. Please ensure to carefully review your order before purchasing perishable goods.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gato.co.za within the 7-day return window. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
